i have big bum and hips and i want to get rid of them.i think liposuction is the only thing that can work.

i`m 26 y and I like to make liposuction to remove my fat around my chest, stomach because I lost my weight 16 k.g. and the fat still.

The fat will come back if you don’t exercise regularly and eat a healthy, well-balanced nutritious diet that promotes weight loss.

To blast off the fat, exercise plus a healthy diet that banks on low fat intake is the way to go.

Cardio exercises like running, walking, swimming, dancing, biking…..are good fat blasters. Workout 4-5 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session and cut down on your fat intake would be better than going for liposuction anytime.

I am 32 years old. I hav got one son (born thru c-section 5 years ago). now we are planning to go for another child during may month.
